Your influence truly is legendary. We are honored to have been recognized with y'all and to be about multiplying your culture changing into our communities. I also want to chime in and add that I've always admired the culture we've witnessed amongst the mentors and students in the Westlake High School Robotics program (Appreciate, Apprentice, and now Alpha). Our small FRC team this year is about half rookies, but even they have noticed and commented to me about the differences they've noticed in team cultures across the various programs we've interacted with at events this year.

Thank you for leading amongst your mentor team and students and being a positive example for all FRC teams. It's a healthy reminder to see that a team doesn't have to have a "win at all costs" attitude and only be concerned about bringing glory to themselves. You guys exude selflessness and compassion. I'm inspired by your example and leadership.”
